28-day free returns

Changed your mind? You have 28 days from delivery to send it back for a full refund. Items must be unworn, with tags on, in their original condition.

How to return

Start your return from the account page or the link in your dispatch email. Print the prepaid label, drop it at any post office, and we will refund you within 5 working days of receiving it.

Exceptions

For hygiene reasons, earrings and other pierced jewellery cannot be returned unless faulty.
